Welcome to Peak and Pine Retreat, a fully remodeled mountain home at 15 Burdett Rd in Intervale (Bartlett), New Hampshire. We built it for the trips people remember: ski weekends, summer days at Story Land, fall foliage drives, and long-overdue get-togethers with family and friends.
Downtown North Conway is about 3 miles away (around 7 minutes), and Story Land is about 3 miles, roughly a 6-minute drive. Cranmore is about 10 minutes away and Attitash about 12. After a day on the mountain or the trail, come home to a private outdoor sauna, a hot tub for 7 and a game room. Then catch the mountain views from the front porch.
There’s room for everyone, with five bedrooms and two bathrooms for up to 12 guests:
Cook together in the renovated kitchen, spread out in the game room, then head outside to the hot tub or the glass-front sauna. There’s air conditioning for summer, a washer and dryer for longer stays, and a driveway with room for 5 cars. Traveling with little ones? A pack-and-play and high chair are available. Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM, and we’re a pet-free home.

Peak and Pine works for every kind of group. Kids head straight for the game room with its arcade, air hockey and Nintendo Switch. Adults warm up in the sauna, soak in the hot tub under the stars, or gather around the fire pit. Ski groups are about 10 minutes from Cranmore and 12 from Attitash, with the sauna waiting at the end of the day. Celebrating a birthday, a moms’ getaway or a girls’ weekend? There’s space to spread out, TVs for movie night, and a Peloton for anyone who wants an early ride.

Celebrations are welcome! Birthdays, anniversaries and girls’ weekends are what this house is for. We just ask for no parties or events beyond your registered guests (up to 12).
Intervale sits just north of North Conway village, on the way to Jackson and Pinkham Notch. That puts you in the middle of the Mount Washington Valley.

Drive times are typical and can run longer on busy weekends and in snow. AWD or 4WD is recommended in winter.
